Hello,
So last week I hit a few sales and came away with few things.

Found a 14k necklace for $1, sterling necklace for $1, and my favorite from that group of sales is the Tiffany and co tie tack for $.25.
This week, I also managed to hit a few sales and I got a bit turned around. Lol serves me right I guess. One thing I bought thinking it was a for sure thing was fake (7 - seven mace and two candareens dragon coins)(each only weighed about 20grams... FAKE) But on the other hand something that I didn't have much faith in and only bought it cause it looked cool and was relatively cheap turned out to be very real.

This plate tested as silver, but I can't make heads or tails of the stamp. Any thoughts? The guy at the sale said he thought the piece might be of Russian origin but I'm in the dark here. Please weigh in. Also, what are the chances that despite being fake coins, they still contain silver? These are commonly known as Chinese silver dragon coins.
Thanks,
Jerry
