Last weeks river walk.

So last Thursday I walked a new stretch of the river. I didn't find much but I found two decent bottles. I found a seely and brothers New York squat blob top sticking out of the river bank. I love finding these bottles. I also retrieved a pretty crude whisky cylinder off of a sand bar. I think it has a bit of a new England feel. Also Sunday I brought my 7 year old daughter out for the first time . And wow she found five round bottom ballast bottles. She is so proud of her treasure. And I'm one proud dassy. She definitely has caught the bug. Thanks for looking. - Justin

Good finds, but even better to see young collectors!

Looks like a great day all around .Some great old bottles that did not take to much digging And better yet a good time spent with a youngster .She will remember the day more than the finds and if she gets hooked will cherish both more as time goes by
