So temps have been in the 50s lately which allowed for a late season hunt! Pastor Bob and I hit a field site where a church sat from 1870s to 1950s and I found my first field coins! A 1917 merc and 1906 Indian head penny! We also hit one of our trusty parks and finished up with a turn of the century house yard permission. Total silver for the day was 5 silver coins and one sterling ring! Putting me at 55 silver coins FTY. Also found 12 wheats and another Indian. This is only my second dime trifecta as well. Overall a great day with beautiful weather and company of a hunting partner and friend.
