LC buttons and Lincoln assassination

Been a few days since I was able to get out. Stuck a stick in my right eye mowing. The VA got me fixed up only scratched it. Found these things this morning. Part of a thimble, LC, buttons, fired round ball and a dead memorial cent. Good luck to all. Art

Glad to hear it was only a scratch. Congrats on the large cent. I've found a couple wheaties that were shot like that. Pretty interesting find.

I think Diggin Dude is right the musketball looks like it has teeth marks.

Glad your all fixed up Art and congrats on those finds I am due for an LC like the one you dug. Maybe you need to invest in a pair of safety glasses, when you are working around low hanging branches.
