Lead bale seal

Looking for information on a lead bale seal found in Preston, Connecticut U.S.A. There is an area of Ledyard (near by) that was called Quakertown but can't seem to find any reference on it being from there. Thank you Chris

Any information on this would be greatly appreciated! It was found in Springfield, MA, with several others, it says QUAKER.
