Lead bullet?

Just got this about 30 minutes ago, but not really sure what it is. Pretty sure it's lead (pretty heavy). I think it could be a bullet, but haven't seen one like it

Any ideas?

Not a bullet, and doesn't appear to be lead. I'm thinking a copper or brass cap to something.

I agree, I don't think it is a bullet or lead. BUT no clue on what it might be.
