Lead cross pendant...I think?

Looking for some help identifying a time period for this (lead cross) pendant that I found today. I think its lead as it is quite pliable and is non magnetic. Found on a beach with some old copper culture items in north western Ontario

might be lead or pewter --which had a high lead content

I cant help but notice the injection mold marks. Its probly pot metal

if its lead, i dont know what it is. Here is what i mean by injection mould marks on these curtain weights

Hey thanks for the info bigcypress.. the pic makes it look like injection mould, but the hole actually goes all the way through (and is warn like it was hung from a necklace). The cross is quite rudimentary (the bottom has been broken off)... hope this is a better pic
