✅ SOLVED Lead Hinge Thing?

I think it’s Lead. It’s heavy. Has an Iron part that looks like a clip or hinge. It has the Letter “B” on one side and the number “100” on the other with what looks like a mouse in the middle. Any ideas? Thanks.
