✅ SOLVED Lead mystery item. Ideas?

Hi! We found this in a very very old park. It appears to be all lead, not magnetic. The 3 screw things are threaded, not just rings. The screw things can not be seen from the bottom. We are clueless. 2 are too close together I think to screw anything onto it. Any ideas?

Interesting! Wild shot in the dark, but the screws are encased in a plaster spill. The tips have broken off over the years. Does the surface have the feel of plaster/concrete? It may explain why it's lead but not magnetic. If you hang a magnet from a piece of string, can you get the magnet to move at all?

Good idea but magnet does not move. It is very hard and smooth. It is heavy and weighs 1.5 ounces. Thank you!
