Lead or thin brass front iron back with eagle and 3 stars???

Found this on Friday but have no idea what it is. Can't find a match online. It's about the size of a penny with a lead or thin brass front and iron back. Any ideas on what it may be?? Thanks.

There is no button like your that is military. Your button is a fashion button. They were in vogue some time back. The iron back is a giveaway.
