i visited a fishing place, seems they throw more lead near than in the water!

Most of those lead sinkers are probably from dropping nearby or when they cast their line snapps in mid-air. That has happened to me numerous times. Now if you found the fish with the Gold Coin in it's mouth then I would be impressed.
