Leap day hunting gave up a nice 1898 Indian Head Cent, and an old silver-plated charm !

Also a 1949 Wheat back Cent, and a partial 1941 Remington Arms Military brass casing, a model T tire valve cover,
another pocket watch main gear plate, and a copper suspender button.

Along with a century of mixed pull tabs assortment, and about a pound of can-slaw!

Good job nice Indian looks like that place has alot of suff to be found keep the finds coming

Good to see the Indian! I'm sure there's more old coins there!

I love green indians, congrats. Wow there were enough tabs there to look like you hunted a small town park.

Gotta pull the trash to make the good stuff come easier!

Yea, THAT part of the hunt was a bit depressing. I actually said to myself while pulling up several in just a few feet, that I felt like I was working an old park. Too funny.

But the orange grove I am sure used migrant workers to do the work, and I was detecting under nearly 200 +/- year old old oak trees, so I guess that was the area to have lunch in the shade.
