Hard to say. The shape is similar The have a bifurcated base with auricles lobed ears ground side for hafting then a serrated edge. It is a fine tuned shape and might be hard to accomplish from quartz.
Welcome to T-Net maybe some of the more knowledgable people from around your area may have some thoughts.
 

I would call that one a Lecroy. Nice find and there are probably more where that one came from. HH
