Liao Dynasty Sculture

This sculpture was given to me a few years ago as a gift. My question is what is it worth, and how do I sell it? It has been sitting in the closet gathering dust. Was told it was of quite some value by the girl that gave it to me, but I don't have any proof. The certificate of authenticity is legit, and I have contacted the guy who signed the paper, but he has not contacted me back. Any help would be appreciated.

I agree, looks like a Feminine figurine. These were popular in North East Asia (China and Mongolia) a thousand + years ago with the Khitan people. Very nice artifact.
