Several recently ended eBay auctions for these averaged around $18, but the end of the summer has a lot less bidding, with many folks on vacation.

Looks like some rust there, if it doesn't work its $8 - $15.

Value has not changed much over the years, about ten years ago I was offered $30 for mine, turned down the offer.
