I am researching and learning a lot about embossed liquor bottles, 20th century. I found a worthless bottle at a site for which a date would be very helpful (for tangential reasons). At this link (https://www.antiquebottles-glass.com/learn/federal-law-forbids-sale-or-reuse-of-this-bottle/) I learned about the embossed numbers on the bottoms of mid century liquor bottles. I have an unidentified bottle marked D-130.
Is there a guide out there listing the D-/R-permit numbers? I cannot determine the associated manufacturer of D-130.
Thanks
