I haven't seen anybody do this, so I figured that it would be fun for everybody to list there most expensive penny that they have found CRHing. Feel free to do this with other coin denominations as well.

My best penny that I have found is a 1914 D in fine condition.

a very worn 1909-s lincoln wheat penny. almost worn flat.

Either my 1868 Indian, in decent-ish condition, but holed. Or my 1863 "Millions for Defense, Not One Cent for Tribute" civil war token I picked up from a teller for a penny.

Can you put up a picture of that 1914D? Sounds cool.

The best US penny I've found is one with a really large cud. I estimate it to be worth about $16. I also found a 1915 Austrian-Hungary 1 Ducat (gold) in a penny roll. The value of that depends on the price of gold, but it's something like $180 these days.

I think that would be worth more than most off-center coins simply because the year is readable. Very unique coin.
