Yesterday was 1/2 off on many items at the ARC. Found this 99 cent little O.C. Tanner pin was qualifying with that color white tag discount. I'm still looking what represents. My guess is an institution for the arts.? Strange thing was the post button was glued to the post pin and I couldn't pry it off till I got to my truck using my pocket knife. Maybe that's why they didn't see the 10K mark?
