Maybe it's an old tobacco tin lid.I can find a reference to Juliette brand tobacco from the early1900's from Georgia,but that's all the info I could find.Nothing specific.What's the underside look like? It's not a screw type lid is it?

It's not threaded, it has a lip like it may have snapped on top of something, or a bottom the same size. Did they make snuff in little tins?

I've seen some too, but they are pretty thin...this is thick and hard to bend.

I tried all the obvious stuff... makeup, condoms, snuff & tobacco, powder, nuthin comes up. :P

The name does come up with 1840ish silver (silver ware) patterns... but nothing about these lids even comes close.

whats the size of it? are there 2 parts? does it have a lip or edge like that of a tin?
