Beautiful weather demanded that I get to an out-of-the-way, small neighborhood park. I am glad I did because I found a big .925 sterling silver ring with an onyx stone. The ring rang up a solid 90 VDI at three inches on my ATPro. It is marked "CAL .925 Mexico" inside. I also found over $5.50 in clad, and other trinkets to round out the day. This same park produced five Chucky Cheese tokens and one token that appears to be British themed, and is the size of a quarter. Anyone know from where this token originated? Thanks for looking and the ring count since 3-1-15 is 25 and climbing. It has been a good month. Happy Hunting to all, Sub 8-)

Very nice silver/onyx ring congrats!

No idea on the token, be funny if it was a coin!

Beautiful ring. Some of the best 925 jewelry comes from Mexico.

What a wonderful find for the first of the week...keep the streak

Wow, that is one large ring. Congratulations!

Nice find! Love those chunky rings! Congrats!

Sweet!!

Did I read that right, 25 rings this month? WOW!!

Yes, deershed, 25 rings with seven of them being sterling. No gold ones this month, yet. The rest are high quality plated, costume, and kiddie rings. But they are all fun to dig! Thanks for looking, Sub 8-)

That's sick!!
Took me all last year to find 6 silver rings, no gold. I finally got my first gold ever last month,10k signet. I've got 3 junker rings so far this year.
The boy and I hit a football field at a high school the other day hoping to find some jewelry, rings to be specific. The field has been shutdown for repairs, the whole field will be leved out and re-planted.
Where do you find most your rings, schools and parks?

You bet, schools including their bark/sand/gravel tot lots in and around the playgrounds, baseball, softball, and soccer fields. Parks are productive out on the middle of the lawns where adults play catch, throw the balls/Frisbees for the kids or dogs, set up volleyball courts , have picnics, wrestle around. I just look at an area and think, "Where would a BBQ or party be set up and people play hard?" That is where they lose their jewelry when the get too rambunctious! Good luck, Sub 8-)

:notworthy: Handsome silver ring! And your ring totals continue to be super - Congrats! :notworthy: Andi
