Little piece of silver today

[2moshers]

Along with some clad, a skating and some Chucky Cheese tokens, found a 1947 wheat cent and a 1942 Mercury dime metal detecting a neighbors yard today. Also found this steel piece of hardware-not sure what it is? Hopefully one of you will. Thanks
