Little Silver For Me, Big Silver For The Kid

The kid and I got in a few hours today at another new yard. We both start off finding some wheats, my first hit is a 3 wheat spill. Then the kid finds a 46 Rosie. That's ok, I started off with the silvers our last hunt.
A little bit later the kid hollers over, it sounds like big silver. He flips a plug and a 1951 Franklin is staring up at him.
I made a run after that first finding a 57 Rosie, a 45-S war nickle, and then a 40 merc.
I mainly only found wheats, memorials and some clad after the silver run. I did find some sort of bracelet, not sure what the deal is with that.
The kid finds a plated bracelet, turned out it was the owners daughters from years ago. He gave it to the owner. The kid also found an old lock that was pretty cool.
It was getting late and the wind picked up getting real cold. We were on our last swings ready to go when the kid pulls another 46 Rosie. He said he was ready to turn his detector off when he got that last hit.
At least I doubled his wheat count today finding 15 to his 7. Lol

Very nice hunt. Franklin's are not that easy to find in the dirt or water. Congrats on the coins. Hope he doesn't keep. Very nice
