Close to the hawk used in the (I kid you not) Daughters of Pocahontas pin (a splinter offshoot of Eastern Star/Masons).

I don't think it's BSA, but the IORM had tomahawks. (Improved Order of Red Men) I have a couple of their larger size tomahawks given to members. They are sometimes regarded as the oldest patriotic fraternal organization in the US, dating back to 1834.
