I was teaching my four year old daughter how to metal detect. She had a beep and sure enough we dug up about 29 live rounds from ww2...I’m guessing. Some have red tips. Is it legal to even sell these? 9CF41491-6D7D-4CC7-8DC5-A314D3D585C4.webp

personally, i would call local law enforcement and have them remove and despose of
imo

Really? you would waist there time for old bullets... wow kudos to bradyboy

If you can actually get someone to buy them it would be perfectly legal here in the states at least in my state..

LC 42 - Lake City Arsenal, 1942. Red tip would be tracer.

No problem selling them. If you can find anyone that would want to buy old ammunition in that condition. Mailing or shipping them? Different story. Some states have restrictions and it has to be ground shipment only.

Unfortunately that isn’t true in CA. Possession may even be illegal in this dumpster fire of a state as they consider them to be incendiary.

Okay thank everyone for their responses! Truly appreciated :)
