Beach & Shallow Water Hunting
I never gave this one much thought. I picked it up so long ago that it is lost in the mists of time. I know WHERE I found it but I am sure I still had all my hair WHEN i found it. I do remember that It caught my eye based on its material and basic shape, but I disregarded it as an arrowhead since it was so crude and misshapened. I mean come on...just look at it. I kept it anyway and just tossed it in with my pile of red jasper flakes and pieces..where it sat un-looked at and un-loved for years. then last night I stumbled upon this picture on the internet....

it is even uglier in your hand...really hideous

Never to old to learn, and that is a cool find. It may not be a top of the line point, but it is a nice artifact:thumbsup:
