Went back to a soccer field I’ve been working to try and finish it up before the rain moved in for the next three days. The fog was heavy. It was strange detecting in the fog, but pleasurable at the same time with no one else around. I detected for just over six-hours, and was getting ready to call it a day when I found the “gold” Irish coin. Let me tell you, I almost wet my pants when the side of that coin winked at me from the mud! I did get a 1941 Mercury, a 1964 Rosie, and the sterling crucifix. The clad total for yesterday was $27.52. I know I’m getting old, but yesterday kicked my patootie! I went to bed early and slept like a baby!
