Local school continues to give up cool relics

Not sure what this was. A lady's hair piece or sash or what? Have posted front and back views. Also found a cool old overall button with a ram on it that said Buck Brand. Somehow I lost it when I checked my phone! Will continue to search for it. HH (Hot Hunting!) And it is only June!
