Original May be Fake too

A silicon replica of an American Indian artifact discovered in 1968 by Francis Burke is on display at the Historical Society of Schuylkill County, Pottsville.
"This reproduction is so close in accuracy, it's almost shameful," Dave Durbis, historical society president, said Friday.
The original petroglyph, a sandstone carving dating back to 1700 and thought to be a representation of the Lenape spirit Mesingw or "Living Solid Face," is located in The State Museum of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg.

an Elderly Gentleman (in his 80's) I Hunted with in the past
Swore to me that He & A buddy Carved it
when they were Kids. Burke Found it & Thought it was real,
so all they could do was Laugh.
Unfortunately he is Deceased Now, So I can't
hear his Reaction to this.
