Tuesday I caught sharks feeding near the shore and today, hatchlings emerging from their sand nest making a beeline for the surf!

its amazing that they all know where to go after emerging, nature is awesome.
 

OMGosh! I would love to see that once in my life. without the sharks.
 

Aren't these turtles an endangered species? If so, it makes your pics even more special...
 

Thanks everyone, it was really something to see in person as opposed to a tv show. Yes Donovan, they just came out of the sand and went right to the water, in and out of foot prints, over sea weed, over small stones -they just kept going on their mission to get to the ocean. I hear that witnessing this is not a common event, some people wait on the beach for hours hoping to catch the mother laying her eggs or the babies hatching, so I feel very lucky to have caught it.
