So I pulled this up a bit ago and it HAS SOMETHING INSIDE lol Chance are it is just junk but it is driving me crazy! As you can see tho it is slightly smashed in and so I can't just pop it open. What do you think WD-40 lol....the suspense is killing me =P

CAREFULLY OPEN IT ALREADY!

I am sure WD-40 may not be a bad thing. Don't destroy it, just gently separate the 2 halves. Looks like a compact, probably had a mirror in it and that is what the rattle is. Let us know!

Well, maybe soak the whole think in either some cutting oil or olive oil. If it's just dried up makeup in there, wont hurt nothing, if it's a coin, same thing. BUT, if it's a thousand dollar bill in there, maybe, just maybe the oil would destroy it.

Thanks all I can play with olive oil now..the other stuff have to wait for hubby to get home to see what else we have. Will update once I get the dern thing open!

Got it open and booo. There is a small piece of glass plus an insert sorta thing that would have perhaps held the make up. I am heading out now but will post a pic later. Thanks for the help all =)
