Got in a short hunt 2 days ago then went back to the same site yesterday for a longer hunt. This was the same yard the boy and I got permission and only got in a 1/2 hour hunt that first hunt.I did find my first SLQ with a date that day so we really thought there was more.
We can only hunt when the owner is home and she's always on the go. Caught her at home yesterday but,she was leaving in 20 minutes. I did manage to find a 1953 dog tag before she left.
Headed back yesterday for about a 3 hour hunt. Found a couple wheats then silver in the hole. Not sure if it's a piece in off a bracelet or a small girls belt buckle? It's marked Sterling so I'm good what ever it is.
Found a few other things from the small front yard then moved around back.
Second short pass I got a deep screaming 84-85 hit. It sounded small at first then started sounding bigger, I almost gave up on it when out pops my biggest Crotal bell to date and intact.
Found a couple buckles and a George Washington Masconic National Memorial token I'm guessing. Also found a little heart shaped tag saying MIA, with a name and a phone number on it?
And found a tootsie car and part of another one.
