Here's a new thread idea. What's that one thing you have had listed for what seems like forever, and how much did it sell for? Not to mention how happy you were to see it go!

Mine wear a pair of kids ice skates. Someone gave them to me last winter and I have them listed and relisted every single month. Finally I put them on sale again and they sold this weekend. $37 with $10 shipping.. Tried auctioning them, I even have had them lower for a while but they finally found a new home!

Hopefully this is a thread that can continue for a while. Either we will learn better ways to sell items like these or avoid them altogether! So what do you got?

Yup, I had a driveshaft listed for a long time and it finally sold! I think it went for $125 plus shipping. That thing was big and I was really happy to see it go!

Here's another one I had this one listed for a year. Or pretty close to that but I just sold it tonight for $50 with free shipping it weighs 5 pounds and of course it's going to California. But I don't care because it was only a dollar so I hope they enjoy it! ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1441849985.758930.webp

Kinda surprising it took a year to sell.

Remember my butt ugly ring? That sucker was up for a year. It sold once, and was promptly returned for being hideious. (Didn't you look at the pictures?) Then it sat and sat and sat. I play around with the price. Higher, lower, higher, lower. In the end, it sold for OBO, I think I got $500, which was the lowest I was willing to go. Also, my Mikimoto brooch sat for a long time. That one was a huge dance when it sold. BIN $875. I was ready to take anything over $400 for it. LOL.

Now if only some one would buy the gold bracelet I have had up since last July ....
