Two more toy guns again today! Is this normal? I have found 4 in just my first two months of detecting. Also some other goodies, not exactly sure what they all are. Found in the woods. Is the small led piece a bullet?

Hello MackDigger,
Yup, you've been out shooting. Bottom right: compact with mirror, Left - power company tag and flick your bic(does it work), lead blob (probably not a bullet), horse cookie, church key, a revolver and a pistol. Well the machine works as it finds metal. Now onto finding some coinage. What machine do you have? Can it be set to discriminate or are you digging all signals to start with? Have you tested the machine with actual coins to see what the machine sounds like and what info it gives in number values (if any)? You working your own yard, a park, parking strips (Ah yes, found in the woods)?? The better finds will come with more practice on known targets. Best of luck....................63bkpkr

Horse cookie? Church key? I was hunting a old homesite and I use a Coinmaster pro. I have found my three oldest coins here, all wheats the oldest was a 1923.

Here is a link to a video showing the whole kit that toy gun came with. From the 60's.

Coolness, thanks Doc.
