Looking for a detecting buddy in Texas

Hello all, I've been out of detecting for awhile but I'm getting ready to start back up. I have about six years experience under my belt using bh3300, gamma 600, and the T2- se. About to pull the trigger on a manticore.
I drive towboats in the intercostal waterway so I work 20 days then of for 10 days. I get off the boat in different place, anywhere from corpus to BatonRouge, LA. I will carry my detecting equipment with me so I get off in Louisiana or texas I can find a place to detect for a few days. I mainly hunt for silver and relics but am up for anything.
Places I'm interested in LA are, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Houma, and garryville. In Texas, Port Arthur, Beaumont, Freeport, Corpus Cristi, Houston, Baytown, Orange, Galveston, and Port Aransas. Or any town close by.

I will be down in the Corpus Christi area starting on March 23rd and staying there a week. Spring break ends that day. You will catch me out detecting at low tide near where Bob Hall Pier was.
