A friend of mine found this in an old part of town, on a boulevard strip in Vancouver, BC.
I did some online research and found a similar example which was identified as possibly being military.
I've asked my friend for more details about the buckles construction; it appears to be cast brass as opposed to stamped.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks, Dave
