Looking for Crew position - next season

Hey All,
anyone know of crew positions for gold mining in alaska for next season.
Have 30 years aerospace engineering/program management experiance ( not mining) and have diving licence if needed.

Flexible, and team worker, able to operate heavy equipment (us army) as well as trouble shoot and repair. Nothing impossible and will do what needs to get the job done!
