Brave or foolhardy. I just picked up a used Fisher GoldStrike Detector and would love to be able to hip mount it. The hip/chest mount for the two strike detectors is a somewhat triangular plastic face plate with 3 holes that accept the 3 brass knobs on the bottom of both the CoinStrike and GoldStrike. There was another old Fisher that also had this type of mounting setup but I can't remember which one it was.
