Looking for Gold, Got a Gun!

I hit a park looking for gold but got something I definitely wasn't expecting. I dug what I thought was a toy gun but it was a Rohm .22 caliber revolver. This is my second gun in 3 years of detecting. The first gun was and old 1890's S&W revolver and was the very first find with my MXT.

Nice find Jim. At least now I can see the gun better (the text picture was too small). It should get you something on the board at the club meeting.

Nice gun! A friend of mine has the same one in working condition we found in a house we were tearing down. .22 short accurate to about 10 feet I found a magazine ad from long ago selling them mail order for a couple bucks!
