Looking for people to go dredging with and help finding a good place to dredge in NC

I'm in Hope Mills NC and im looking for people that want to go dredging. I am also new to the area and im looking for some advice on were to go.

I believe the area between uwharie and charlotte is good.

I've heard that but the problem that im having is finding a place in there i dont have to pay for and i can use a dredge
