Looking for RI/MA detectorists!

Hi all,

I'm visiting Pawtucket, Rhode Island next week from Nov. 4-8 to return a lost class ring (check out my profile if you want to see that thread!). I am bringing my Equinox with me and would love to meet up with one or two people to detect some permissions in RI/southern MA. I have no problem door knocking and consider myself an advanced detectorist. I'm from Seattle and this is my first time in Rhode Island so would love to meet locals who know the lay of the land better than I do for a couple days.

Any tips or tricks appreciated, also feel free to shoot me a message. I am not a spot-stealer by any means and have multiple folks Ive hunted with who can vouch for me. Happy to buy drinks or lunch if anyone feels like entertaining a lone west coast-er.

good luck buddy, wish to have been in RI as you sound like a very genuine metal detectorist, I lived in Pullman Washington state when I was a teenager, now I live in the greater Toronto area in Canada, very far apart

Thanks man. Some great permissions in Pullman/Colfax area. I went to school in Walla Walla so very familiar with that side of the state. I'm also a dual citizen US/Canada so if i'm ever in toronto I'll hit you up! Same goes if you ever visit Seattle - feel free to reach out.
