Looking for rockhounding club

Just moved to Asheboro,NC and looking for any rock and mineral clubs or gold prospecting clubs in the area. Need information on areas to hunt and panning in the creeks here. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go to main page and click on "Forum."

Scroll down to almost the bottom of the page and you will see "Select Your Area."

Click on NC and there ya have it!
