Found on a family plot of land, once a campsite to Native Americans. It was given to me years ago, and really haven't thought twice about it. In my honest opinion, it looks like a scraper. However I'm looking for your honest opinion is, if you feel that that is what it is. Some of the flaking is very fine, which would make me believe maybe an older piece, but that is just a speculation… Thoughts?

Madison possibly? Hard to tell, try looking into that areas artifacts and you should come up with good examples.museum, books or veteran hunters of the area is prob ur best bet on identification.
