I will be spending a couple of days in Chattanooga soon - are there any restrictions on MD'ing around the Lookout Mountain area?

If you in a state park typically the whole thing is off limits except the beach area. Our beach areas are even off limits except for the winter months. If your not then it's like anywhere else.
