I am researching a tale of lost barrels of coins belonging to Henry Sefton lost on the Gomez Ranch. 
The ranch is located in Huerfano county, Colorado. Ranch is located near Walsenburg and Gardnier near the Sengrecristo mtns. I would really appreciate any info on this tale. 
Found very little at www.legendsofamerica.com, and hope my fellow hunters can be of more help.
