Lots of rain and a hunch

We've had our fair share of rain down here in Bama lately. I had been thinking of checking out an area for awhile now and took a trip yesterday. Started walking in the woods and found a couple of areas that had been harrowed up for hunting plots. This is what I came up with. Cant wait for the next gully washer.

First pic is of worked pieces. Looks like a variety of bases, mid sections, tips, and maybe some scrapers.

Picture two is the better stuff. Not the purdiest thangs but still happy with the finds. Man, that quartz/quartzite had to be some miserable stuff to work with.

South Ala? Yeah we are getting hammered with rain again here. Nice finds in the food plots. I have often thought I might plow an old pasture people say was a killer site before it went to grass.
Nice finds and you are right I bet that stuff was miserable to work.

These were found north of you, in Elmore Co.
