Lower CTX 3030 shaft

It seems that I have lost the lower shaft for the CTX
(Disclaimer: I think I tossed it out in a clean up)
Now I guess after looking for the past 6 months in the shop of horrors-I've come to the cold hard truth, I need to buy one.
Nothing fancy-just the lower stem.
I don't do PayPal-weekly emails of "Your account has been hacked"-is enough for me to choke on them.
But can do another forms of payment.
