Good afternoon! I'm looking to buy a used Sand/Water Scoop with a 4' handle (+or-) for a great price.... If you have a new one that sells with a great discount, I'll definitely consider it as well. I'm a Soldier in the U.S Army stationed overseas, but will pay all shipping. Please find out the cost to ship to an APO address:
