M. McFadden Worden Lake Ice Good For 50# Ice Chit - Need ID

This is a cardboard chit that measures 52x68mm (2 1/16x2 3/4") that came in a book on which the cover probably gave city & town. It was probably used in the 1930's & 40's. I would like to know where it is from.
