Mackay School of Mining, Reno

Actually the Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering that has The Department of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering which offers various degrees in the mining fields has the W.M. Keck mineral museum. I was out there looking for some info for a project I am working on and had a chance to go through it. Just thought I would pass it on in case anyone was in the area and wanted to check it out. Open to the public and free. parking is $1.50 per hour through meters on a very nice campus. It doesn't take too long to go through it and is just the north side of highway 80 from the main drag where all fo the casinos are.
