Well I wanted a shovel that I didn't have to bend over with and didn't want to pay the big $$$.
I made this digger out of an old handle from a junk car jack and a section of SS exhaust pipe. Seems like it may hold up? My foot fits inside so when you are replacing the plug you just put your toe in, hold the plug and pull the shovel back out.
Excuse the FRANKENSTEIN welds. Don't have SS tanks yet.

Pretty sweet! Definitely beats taking Aleve! You could sell those! How about a sand scoop too?
 

Looks like it will make a great shovel. It should dig a nice plug. Nice work!
